After discovering a flooded laundry room, we assumed a broken part or hose in our washing machine. We checked Angie's List and chose Ameri-Tech Appliance . We called, received a next day appointment, and the technician , Mike, arrived on time. He was very knowledgable about Bosch washers and gave ours a thorough testing. However, he could find no problems with the washer and no leakage occured. Obviously, the problem had been in the drain line and was temporary. We happily paid Mike for his service call and promised to call Ameri-Tech if and when we ever have other appliance problems.

He not only found and repaired the leak he cleaned and inspected the entire appliance making adjustments where needed. He even performed preventative maintenance checks and adjustments to avoid future problems. Very fast, thorough and competent at a very fair price for such excellent prompt service.
